Hello, I'm Sasha.
I’ve been a Corporate Flight Attendant for over 12 years, but my love for hospitality started long before I ever stepped onto an aircraft. I began my career at Wynn Las Vegas, a brand often referred to as the Harvard of hospitality, where I worked closely for the visionary founder whose standards redefined Las Vegas and modern luxury service. That experience fundamentally shaped how I view service—not as a task, but as an art form built on intention, discipline, and genuine care.
Growing up in Las Vegas meant being immersed in one of the most competitive and innovative hospitality environments in the world. I had the rare opportunity to learn from Forbes Travel Guide–rated and James Beard–nominated professionals—leaders who don’t just talk about excellence, but live it every day. Watching how they trained, led, and obsessed over details sparked something in me. I wanted to learn from them. And eventually, I wanted to share that knowledge.
As my career in private aviation evolved, I noticed a gap. Corporate Flight Attendants are expected to deliver a five-star experience—but rarely given access to five-star education from the people who define it.
That’s why I created CFA Master Series.
This platform is designed to give CFAs direct access to elite hospitality professionals through thoughtfully curated classes. The goal is simple: to bridge the gap between luxury hospitality and private aviation, and to empower CFAs with the confidence, knowledge, and refined skills that truly elevate the onboard experience.
Our Philosophy
CFA Master Series was born from my own journey in hospitality. I consider myself an unfinished product—always learning, always refining. I know what it feels like to want more depth in your training. To seek insight from people who truly understand luxury service at the highest level. And to want to deliver experiences that feel effortless, memorable, and meaningful—not scripted.
